By using this website, requesting a stay or entering the gaming salon, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and applicable house rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.
Reservations and enquiries
Availability, rates, payment requirements and cancellation terms must be confirmed in the booking flow or in writing by the hotel. A stay is not confirmed until Emtec has provided confirmation through an authorised reservation channel.
Gaming salon eligibility
The gaming salon is restricted to guests aged 21 and over. Valid government-issued identification may be required. Emtec may refuse or revoke access where permitted by law or required to protect guests, staff and the integrity of the salon.
Guest conduct
Guests are expected to act respectfully throughout the hotel, including in rooms, dining venues, shared spaces and the gaming salon. Emtec may remove a guest or restrict access where conduct is unsafe, unlawful or materially disruptive.
Responsible gaming
Gaming should be treated as entertainment, not a source of income. Please play responsibly and only what you can afford to lose. Guests may speak confidentially with a host or manager about taking a break, setting limits or finding support resources.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Emtec is not responsible for losses arising from voluntary participation in gaming activities. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The Emtec name, website content, photography, design and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
